BIG B'S IS HIRING A MOM!
(Not your mom… our mom.)

Big B’s is looking for a super-organized, independent MOM (whether you're a mom by life or just a professional-level nurturer) to help keep our creative chaos in check!

This is a very part-time, very flexible position designed to make sure our clients feel cared for, our messages are answered, and our scatterbrained owner (hi! 👋🏼) stays focused and moving forward.

The Role:

• 📬 Check Emails and Messages:
  Make sure no client inquiry gets lost in the shuffle. Be prompt, warm, and professional.

• 📋 Follow Up and Invoice:
  Send friendly reminders, confirm bookings, and make sure invoices are out on time.

• 🧠 Keep the Owner on Task:
  You’ll be the secret weapon who checks in Tuesday-Friday to ask the important questions like:
  "Can we? Did you? Will you? Do we need to?"
  You move the task forward — not add "good idea fairy" chaos.

• 🖥️ Light Client Communication:
  Help answer basic questions via email, Facebook messages, and occasional client touchpoints.
   

The Requirements:

• 📅 Available Tuesday-Friday for 1-2 hours per day to check in and help keep us rolling.

• 📚 Must be AMAZING at keeping creative, disorganized people focused.

• 🖥️ Must have your own computer, internet access, and smartphone.

• 📈 Must be independent and self-managing—we are NOT going to "mom the mom."

• 📆 Must be available the first and last weeks of May every year 

  • Teacher Appreciation and 

  • Graduation season! 🎓

• 🧹 May involve some storage/inventory work following busy season
   

Compensation:

💵 $15/hour with 5 guaranteed hours per week for regular duties.
📈 More hours available during our busy season (especially May!).

  (no balloons, no baking, no magic shows, NO NEW THINGS 😂).

• You’re not afraid to (gently but firmly) keep a creative business owner on track.

• 📋 I need facts, not spin. When something needs my attention, I need you to communicate it simply, clearly, and without opinion. Just the facts, ma'am! I’ll make the final decision.

• ✝️ I am a devout, unapologetic Christian. You’ll hear the name of Jesus spoken over my life, my family, and my business regularly. I will always operate in alignment with my faith and the Word of God. You don’t have to believe exactly what I believe, but you do need to be comfortable working in an openly Christ-centered environment.
